Journal Entry #10

On page 88, it surprised me that Montag showed his temper a little bit. Before this part in the book he seemed really nice and understanding. That's why it surprised me to read about him yelling at the old man named Faber. The reason why Montag got angry was because Fabor wouldn't help him with the bible. Montag wanted another copy of it because he has to give his copy back to Beatty. Montag tried to convinve Faber to help him by ripping out some of the pages of the bible. Montag even threatened to burn him because he is a fireman and has the right to do that. Faber ended up giving in and told Montag to get cash and to a man Faber knows who prints. As I kept reading this book I realized his temper just got worse and worse. Montag has defiantly changed from the beginning of the book.
