Journal Entry #14

One of my favorite parts was when the homeless people were showing Montag the chase on their portable battery TV set, on pages 147 to 150. It's so funny how the people casting the TV show said they caught Montag when it was all just a lie because they had so many viewers. They actually lost his trace. I was happy when this happened because I knew no one was looking for Montag anymore and he was most likely safe now. The homeless people were definitely helpful to Montag because without them he would have been running from the hound for maybe a few more days.
