Journal Entry #7

At this part of the book Montag realizes he stole the book and that is a serious crime. When he gets home he hides the book.  His wife and him are talking from separate beds. They do not sleep in the same bed, which I find very strange. On page 43 Montag asks his wife where they met. They have been married for ten years and they both can't remember where they met. I also think this is strange. To spend ten years with each other and they don't even remember their first date. I would feel horrible if that was me. If I didn't know they were married in the book I would never quess they were. Maybe it's just because it is the future. Maybe in the future people won't sit back and remember things like we do now.
