During this part of the book Clarisse talks about how she feels afraid of people her own age. She says that kids kill each other on page 30. She told Montag that six of her friends have been shot and killed in the last year. Also eight got killed in a car wreck. The way she is describing this reminds me of the world we live in now. People kill people everyday and wrecks are happening a lot lately too. I can relate to what she is talking about.
